Meet The Team

Amanda Buyrn
Amanda Buyrn is an attorney and founding partner at Capital City Law. She is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Virginia.
Born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, Amanda comes from a family of lawyers. She got her start in the legal field at an early age, working in her father’s law firm during summer breaks in high school.

Andrew Evans
Attorney Andrew Evans is Capital City Law’s Greensboro-Triad Attorney. He graduated cum laude from UNC Charlotte and obtained his law degree from Campbell University.
He likes to make fun of the fact that his family moved to North Carolina generations ago and that none of them have ever bothered to leave. Landing his acorn close to the family tree, Andrew has spent his entire life in the North State and can’t envision living anywhere else.

Brooke Webber
Brooke Webber is an attorney at Capital City Law’s Raleigh and Wake Forest locations. At Capital City Law, Brooke is in general practice with a focus on matters regarding real estate, estate planning, and criminal defense.
Prior to her time in Raleigh, Brooke spent most of her life traveling the country playing women’s ice-hockey. Now that her skating days are behind her, you can find Brooke hosting bonfires, being walked by her German Shepherd, or hoping to finally complete the Raleigh Beer Trail.

Kyle Smalling
Kyle Smalling is an attorney and co-owner of Capital City Law. A native of Boone, North Carolina, Kyle spent his early years in the High Country before moving to Raleigh with his high school sweetheart and now wife, Laura.
Kyle graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and obtained his law degree from Campbell University.
